Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

§ Strong understanding of IT service delivery models (Multiple Application Dev & Maintenance)

§ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM (CE modules) [Preferred]

§ Working knowledge of Python (for data analysis, automation, or AI/ML use cases) [Add on]

§ Experience with SLA / KPI-driven delivery and outcome-based models

§ Hands-on exposure to Agile / DevOps / POD-based delivery constructs

§ Knowledge of BFSI / Capital Markets domain (regulatory, risk, compliance)

§ Experience with global delivery (onsite-offshore-nearshore model)

§ Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow), collaboration tools (Teams), and reporting dashboards

§ Financial management basics: revenue, margin, effort tracking, cost optimization

Roles & Responsibilities

§ Own end-to-end delivery accountability across multiple programs / PODs

§ Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and service outcomes

§ Act as the primary onsite interface for business & IT stakeholders

§ Drive program governance, status reporting, and executive communication

§ Manage risks, issues, and escalations proactively

§ Coordinate across onsite, offshore, and cross-functional teams for seamless delivery

§ Ensure delivery quality, stability, and continuous improvement

§ Drive automation, productivity improvements, and innovation initiatives

§ Support transformation programs (AI adoption, modernization, POD migration)
