Delivery Ops - Print Production Level 2

Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.

Print/Mail/Scan Production Specialist
Two openings available in Raleigh, NC 27603 and Raleigh, NC 27601 (Onsite)
12-month contract

Primary Responsibilities:
Operate digital and color print equipment for document production.
Use finishing equipment such as laminators, paper cutters, and inserters.
Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of office equipment.
Monitor job queues, perform quality checks, and log/report production activities.
Assist with file preparation, scanning, archiving, and electronic file management.
Interact professionally with clients and end-users; provide support and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering office/production supplies.
Participate in workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Load Paper of various weights based on print document requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:
Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to operate and maintain various print and mail equipment.
Clear communication skills and a customer service mindset.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year experience in a print, mail, or customer service role.
Post-secondary training in technology, office administration, or print production is a plus.
