Job Title: Onsite Java Tech leadDesignation: Onsite Java Tech lead Location: Mph- Client Site, Texas, US Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Java & Spring batch Developer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot), microservices, and GCP services such as Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and Cloud Functions. This role requires a deep understanding of software development methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Java Spring MVC. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications effectively. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Java Spring MVC. Proficiency in software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Experience with RESTful web services and microservices architecture. Solid understanding of database management systems, particularly SQL. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Understanding of software testing methodologies and tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven track record of successful software development projects. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
