The Senior On-Site Service Specialist is responsible for supporting daily onsite delivery, courier, and mail service operations. This role requires a dependable, customer-focused professional who can safely and efficiently transport mail, packages, and materials while ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a commitment to safe driving practices, and the ability to provide professional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up, transport, and deliver mail, packages, and other materials to designated locations.
Operate assigned vehicles safely and in accordance with established safety procedures and guidelines.
Complete scheduled delivery routes accurately and efficiently.
Sort, organize, and prepare mail and packages for distribution as needed.
Ensure materials are delivered to the appropriate location or recipient in a timely manner.
Provide professional and courteous customer service during daily interactions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to deliveries and service activities.
Follow established site procedures, operational standards, and safety requirements.
Assist with general onsite mailroom and service support responsibilities as needed.
Perform additional duties based on business and operational needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in delivery, courier, mailroom, shipping/receiving, or a related service environment preferred.
Strong driving and safety awareness.
Ability to work independently and manage assigned routes and priorities effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of accountability.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in an onsite, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in a delivery, courier, logistics, or mail services environment is preferred. Experience with organizations such as FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or similar delivery/service operations may be transferable to this position.
