Preferred Experience & Skills:
• Prior experience in logistics, scheduling, or dispatch.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is required. 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong phone presence with comfort handling high call volumes.
• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
