Description
The Servicing Operations Sr Specialist will have the responsibility of supporting the receiving and delivery of mail at our Iselin, NJ office as well with traveling to our Short Hills, NJ office on a weekly rotating schedule. Along with this core duty, the Servicing Operations Sr. Specialist will also be expected to perform daily tasks in compliance with procedures, service level agreements, and quality standards. This role demands proficiency in various applications, procedures, and computer skills.
The Delivery Solutions group operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with critical Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Due to the nature of this environment, precision and attention to detail are crucial as any errors can directly impact our customers. As a result, the Servicing Operations Sr Specialist will be required to collaborate with vendors, branch, and back-office colleagues regularly.

The salary range for this position is $21.63 - $26.44 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
