Job Summary

Effectively communicate with a variety of professionals at all levels of the organization ​
Work with Managers to help identify skill sets needed along with providing a qualified candidate pool​
Conduct intake sessions and supplier calls Interview scheduling Manage vendor protocol that aligns with program policies 

Attend weekly meetings with team and other stakeholders

Full life cycle management of requests ​
Develop reporting that meets the needs of the business group ​
Support onboarding & offboarding​
Provide weekly updates for new hires​
Maintain daily/weekly req report (open contract positions)​
Work with MS office, specifically PowerPoint & Excel​
Support future business unit roll-outs ​
Coordinating first day orientation for contractor hires with several  different groups, including IT, Facilities, and Security​
Conduct supplier reviews (scorecards)​
Vetting suppliers for program access​
Assisting with Quarterly Business Reviews​
Assist with training managers, suppliers, contractors (on systems, processes, etc.) in formal settings, online or 1:1
