HireFrontier is partnering with a client in the home delivery and installation space to find a Delivery Support & Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you'll be the connective tissue between showroom staff, delivery crews, and customers — keeping routes on schedule, paperwork accurate, and every customer interaction professional and helpful.
Serve as a point of contact for delivery and installation teams while they're out completing routes
Handle a steady stream of inbound calls covering deliveries, installations, scheduling, and general service questions
Coordinate with showroom staff on delivery appointments, schedule changes, and order concerns
Check drivers in at the close of each shift to confirm routes were completed and gather needed paperwork
Prepare and distribute the next day's delivery documentation
Cross-check invoices against run sheets to verify merchandise was loaded correctly
Keep internal systems and records accurate and current
Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, installers, and internal teams
Troubleshoot and resolve delivery, installation, and service issues quickly
Juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive setting
High school diploma or equivalent
Background in customer service, dispatch, or administrative support strongly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable managing a busy phone line while staying organized
Detail-oriented with reliable follow-through
Proficient with computer systems and data entry
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Punctual and dependable in a fast-moving operations environment
