DELMIA Ortems (APS) Lead Analyst
This position can be based in Hungary or in Poland.
What you'll do:
We are looking for an experienced DELMIA Ortems (APS) Lead Analyst to drive the design, implementation, and optimisation of advanced production planning and scheduling solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and IT teams to configure and enhance Ortems solutions that improve production efficiency, capacity utilisation, and operational performance. You will lead the technical delivery of APS initiatives, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, and user adoption.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Fluent business English, knowledge of local languages is very nice to have
Substantial professional experience, including at least 2 years working with DELMIA Ortems.
Proven experience delivering Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) solutions in manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of:
Production Scheduling
Capacity Planning
Resource Management
Constraint-based Planning
What-if Scenario Simulation
Hands-on experience configuring and implementing DELMIA Ortems solutions.
Good understanding of SQL Server, data modelling, and system integrations.
Experience integrating APS solutions with ERP and MES platforms.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Experience with manufacturing transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Knowledge of APIs, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise architecture.
Previous experience leading global or cross-functional project teams.
