Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a DELMIAWorks Business Development Associate BDA you will generate qualified opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline. You will support lead generation efforts by researching engaging and developing relationships through a variety of outbound outreach methods.You will partner with DELMIAWorks sales teams to identify and engage new prospects within assigned accounts while consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics for outbound activity accepted opportunities and dedicated prospecting time.QualificationsQualifications3 years of experience in business development or inside salesStrong organizational and time management skillsCRM experience with Salesforce HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorDemonstrated drive and initiative in achievinggoalsComfortable working in ambiguous environments and adapting to changeProficient with Microsoft Office including Word Excel Outlook and related tools
