ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL-DELRAN MIDDLE SCHOOL

The Delran Township School District, a K-12 district committed to excellence and innovation, is seeking an Assistant Principal at Delran Middle School. The Assistant Principal will work collaboratively with the principal and administrative team to support the close to 700 students in Grades 6-8 and the 100 faculty and staff members. The district is seeking a dynamic instructional leader committed to maintaining a positive and safe school environment and who has the following qualifications:

• NJ Principal's Certification or Certificate of Eligibility.
• Successful middle school teaching experience.
• Effective leadership skills and the demonstrated ability to supervise and evaluate certificated and non-certificated staff members.
• Record of success in establishing an effective learning environment and maintaining high standards of academic excellence.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to motivate staff and students.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, parents and community.

Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience. Salary ranges from $96,238.00 to $122,283.00
