What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience
• Inspect customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain repairs clearly
• Build trust through honest recommendations
• Follow up on declined services and pending estimates
• Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
• Ensure vehicles are delivered on time and customers leave satisfied
• Help achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Has excellent communication and sales skills
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Enjoys helping customers
• Is motivated by performance and results
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
