Rockline Industries, a privately held manufacturer and distributor of consumer packaged goods, is seeking a Demand Forecaster to play a critical role in driving supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for developing, analyzing, and communicating SKU-level forecasts using statistical models, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to create accurate demand plans that reduce inventory, improve production planning, and enhance service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop statistical forecasts using demand planning tools and integrate market, sales, and customer data
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to establish a single, aligned forecast across the organization
- Analyze forecast vs. actual demand, identify trends and root causes, and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor and investigate data inconsistencies or abnormalities and communicate impacts to stakeholders
- Maintain and update forecasting models and systems (Logility and ERP platforms)
- Generate and present forecasting reports and insights to leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy and planning processes
- Partner with internal teams to optimize customer demand planning and service outcomes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 1-3 years of experience in an analytical function, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain analytics preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Access or SQL preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems and planning functions (MRP, scheduling) preferred
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytics/visualization tools preferred
- Certified Professional Forecaster (IBF) designation is a plus
- Ability to communicate insights effectively across cross-functional teams
