Duration: 6+ Months
Job Requirements:
- Own scaled channels end-to-end: Continue execution and optimization of Clay, webinars, scaled in-person events, and GCM operational programs, ensuring campaigns launch on time and performance stays on track.
- Be proficient in the core marketing tech stack: Comfortable working in HubSpot, Salesforce (reporting), Gong Engage, and Webflow to build, monitor, troubleshoot, and report on campaigns with minimal ramp time.
- Maintain a strong partnership with Marketing Operations: Work closely with MOPS to keep scaled channel programs moving, manage workflows, resolve operational blockers, and preserve campaign velocity.
- Prioritize the highest-impact channels: Focus on the most effective channels identified in the MM NA Scaled Channels strategy/dashboard, using performance data to guide investment, optimization, and experimentation.
Operate as a marketing generalist: Be able to flex across strategy, campaign execution, reporting, cross-functional stakeholder management, and day-to-day problem solving to ensure continuity.
- Daily: Monitor active acquisition programs, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and vendors, manage campaign execution and follow-up, review dashboards and key metrics, and respond to ad hoc requests across all acquisition channels.
- Weekly: Lead campaign status reviews, update stakeholder reporting, review pipeline and campaign performance, optimize active programs, and prepare upcoming launches across concurrent campaigns.
- Monthly: Plan and execute webinars, Clay/Gong outbound campaigns, while reviewing ROI, reporting business impact, and planning the next month's acquisition calendar. Send out monthly newsletters
- Quarterly: Plan and execute customer events, partner with the brand team on paid acquisition campaigns, and direct mail program, establish campaign strategy and timelines, align cross-functional stakeholders, and review overall business impact and ROI.
Technical Skills HubSpot, Salesforce (reporting), Gong Engage, and Webflow to build, monitor, troubleshoot, and report on campaigns with minimal ramp time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
