Description

Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing B2B organization in New York, for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns that fuel pipeline and revenue growth. This is a high-visibility role for a marketer who thrives on connecting data, creative, and sales alignment to consistently deliver qualified leads.

Day to day, you will be building and optimizing campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, and events while partnering closely with sales, content, and marketing operations teams. The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical and creative, comfortable diving into automation platforms and dashboards one moment and brainstorming campaign messaging the next, and energized by owning measurable outcomes tied directly to business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, and events
  • Partner with sales leadership to align campaigns with pipeline and revenue targets
  • Manage marketing automation platforms to build lead nurture programs and scoring models
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets
  • Own the demand generation budget and optimize spend across channels
  • Oversee webinar and event programs to drive top-of-funnel engagement
  • Work closely with sales operations to ensure clean lead routing and handoff processes
  • Test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and channel mix to improve conversion rates
  • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns including email, paid search, and paid social
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue goals
