Aon is hiring a demand generation specialist to support growth marketing programs for our human capital solutions business.

What the day will look like

Maintain and update marketing automation platform (Marketo) including list management, form setup, and email templates

Build and deploy email campaigns, landing pages (Aon.com), and nurture workflows under guidance from senior team members

Monitor campaign performance metrics and compile weekly and monthly reporting dashboards

Support lead to sales handoff including routing rules, scoring models, and lifecycle stage transitions.

Track, measure and report on global campaign performance using agreed-upon metrics, analyze gaps and action plans to optimize campaign performance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in close partnership with members of our marketing, sales and sales operations teams to build, execute, lead and monitor demand-focused marketing campaigns designed to drive revenue for our products and services. We are looking for a candidate who exhibits the ability and desire to become a technical expert in our marketing automation tools, ensure data synchronization between our systems, and develop an understanding for our business needs to both optimize campaign results and maximize lead flow.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing environment using Marketo and/or Eloqua as your MAP, and Salesforce and/or Oracle as your CRM.

Basic CRM knowledge - Salesforce preferred.

Some experience with one or more of the following marketing and sales technology tools: CB Insights, Cvent, DocuSign, Domo, Google Analytics, InsideView and Kentico CMS

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for Reporting.

Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Pay Transparency Laws

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $67,000 - $75,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, Illinois. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
