Job Overview:
The Demand Planner III will play a critical role in ensuring proper product allocation and execution by matching supply and demand across supply chain distribution sites. This position requires a highly analytical, motivated, and self-driven individual with a strong background in planning and execution. The role supports the after-sales service, repair, and support division, ensuring world-class service supply chain operations that deliver the right part at the right time, at competitive costs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage product supply plans to support quarterly financial revenue goals while achieving order cycle time objectives.
- Serve as a cross-functional interface between Sales, Operations Regional Planning Teams, and Partner Teams.
- Create weekly allocation plans across supported channels and perform reporting reviews to ensure execution aligns with available supply.
- Evaluate supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate consumer impact.
- Plan, drive, and execute New Product Introduction operational activities to ensure a world-class customer experience.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities, including tools, workstreams, and systems.
- Manage supply execution of large volumes of units across channels and refurb partners to maximize financial results and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze backlog and open order data, executing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Provide program support and make routine execution decisions to meet customer ship commitments, fill rates, and revenue goals.
- Drive innovation opportunities within the supply chain to achieve sustainability and eco-friendly goals, including carbon neutrality by 2030.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, data management, finance, procurement, or consulting.
- Proven track record of managing diverse and complex projects with the ability to execute tactical activities.
- Experience in supply and demand planning, including developing and managing product supply plans and creating allocation plans.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Experience in business process re-engineering with attention to detail and continuous innovation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data and drive solutions based on insights.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Tableau (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Pay Range:$45hr - $47hr on w2 only.
