A growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm built on culture and growth — both individually and as a team. We fight for clients who have been injured and damaged by large insurance companies that delay or deny the recovery they deserve.
We're looking for a Demand Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate is coachable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the firm — we're committed to investing in our people's long-term development.
Position Responsibilities
- Draft demand packages to insurance companies
- Read and comprehend medical records and billing
- Summarize case facts concisely and build persuasive liability arguments
- Write with excellent English grammar and clarity
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Maintain strong attention to detail
Position Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills required
- Strong understanding of personal injury case types (auto accidents, premises liability, slip and fall, etc.) preferred
- Familiarity with insurance claims processes and adjuster negotiations a plus
- Ability to interpret medical terminology, diagnoses, and treatment codes
- Experience calculating damages (medical specials, lost wages, pain and suffering) a plus
- Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload and meeting demand deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Background in English, writing, paralegal studies, or pre-law preferred
- Experience with personal injury case management software (e.g., CasePeer) a plus
- Spanish fluency a plus
- Prior experience at a plaintiff-side personal injury firm strongly preferred
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
