Seeking a Demi Chef De Rang for luxury French-inspired onboard dining, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a Michelin-starred environment.
Responsibilities include coordinating service for 10-12 guests, preparing mise en place, maintaining cleanliness, and managing beverage orders using a computer system.
Ideal candidates have at least one year (preferably two) of fine dining service experience, knowledge of international wines and cocktails, and confidence engaging with well-traveled guests.
Preferred experience includes prior shipboard service. Must be willing to live and work onboard, follow safety protocols, obtain necessary visas, pass medical and background checks, and adhere to strict safety and conduct standards.
