Responsibilities:

Position Overview

The Demo Specialist will support the Client by providing professional customer ride-and-drive experiences on the demonstration course. This individual will represent the client's brand while ensuring a safe, informative, and positive experience for all guests.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct ride-and-drive demonstrations on the client's Center closed course.
  • Welcome guests and explain client property safety rules before each demonstration.
  • Assist guests with entering the vehicle and adjusting the seat, mirrors, and steering wheel.
  • Provide instruction and guidance while accompanying guests during their drive.
  • Explain vehicle features and answer customer questions in a professional and patient manner.
  • Intervene when necessary to ensure the safety of guests and equipment.
  • Maintain vehicles in clean, presentation-ready condition, coordinating cleaning and detailing as needed.
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are maintained in proper operating condition.
  • Prepare vehicles for customer deliveries or special events when needed.
  • Positively represent the client's brand and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule

  • Ongoing assignment
  • Saturdays and Sundays
  • Approximately 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Approximately 14-16 hours per week
  • Four drivers scheduled each weekend day
  • Drivers may work both Saturday and Sunday or only one day, depending on scheduling needs.


Required

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact comfortably with customers.
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Safety-focused mindset.

Preferred

  • Experience interacting directly with customers.
  • Previous demonstration or ride-and-drive experience.
  • Commercial driving experience.
  • CDL is preferred but not required.

Additional Notes

  • Eight additional weekend drivers are needed. Current weekday Stefanini drivers will remain in their existing Monday-Friday assignments.
  • As business grows, weekend drivers may have the opportunity to transition into weekday positions.
  • Drivers will primarily operate on private property at the client's Experience Center.
  • A CDL is not required; however, one or two drivers with a CDL would be beneficial to assist with transporting trucks to off-site events when needed.
  • Trailers are not used for this position.
  • Nicole will personally interview candidates before extending offers.
  • Candidates should be able to positively represent the client's brand and understand that every guest is a potential customer.
  • Reliability, professionalism, customer focus, and safety are the highest priorities.
