Dental Account Reconciliation & Billing Specialist

Comprehensive Dental Care LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Dental Account Reconciliation & Billing Specialist to join our growing team in Henderson, NV. Responsibilities:

• Reconcile patient accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Post adjustments, and patient payments to accounts
• Communicate with patients regarding balances, billing questions, and payment plans
• Accounts payables - 
• Reconcile daily funding reports.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to investigate an account and determine why the balance is incorrect
• Comfortable researching discrepancies rather than simply processing transactions
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills

Requirements:

• 3+ years of billing in medical or dental and account reconciliation experience required
• 3+ years in accounts payable
• Steady, verifiable work experience
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
