Ampla Health is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our patient-centered dental team. Under the supervision of the RDA Lead, the DA plays a key role in supporting providers, educating patients on oral hygiene, and ensuring a smooth clinic flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, seat, and dismiss patients; assist with steady patient flow
• Provide oral hygiene instruction and dental education
• Assist with chairside procedures, suctioning, and curing materials
• Take digital x-rays, impressions, and perform pulp tests
• Set up and sterilize exam rooms and dental instruments
• Maintain operatory stock and cleanliness
• Comply with OSHA regulations and participate in trainings and CQI activities
• Support flexible staffing needs across multiple clinic locations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and Dental Assistant (DA) certificate required
• Current CPR certification
• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using multiple systems and working in a fast-paced environment
