Hourly salary of $24.84-26.35/hour

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team at Shawnee Correctional Center in Vienna, Illinois.

The Dental Assistant works under the direct supervision of the Dentist and/or Dental Hygienist in chairside dentistry in a correctional setting. Essential duties include the following:

  • Preparing and sterilizing dental instruments
  • Preparing and maintaining the dental operatory
  • Operating radiographic equipment
  • Administrative tasks as needed
