Sparta Networking is seeking reliable Dental Assistants to support one of the leading dental clinics in the area. This organization is known for delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining a professional, team-oriented clinical environment.
Assignments may be short-term, long-term, or per diem, depending on the clinic's operational needs.
We are looking for motivated and dependable professionals who can step into a fast-paced dental practice, quickly adapt to the team, and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant
- Active BLS/CPR certification
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operatories and patients for dental procedures
- Provide chairside assistance, including instrument transfer, suctioning, and material preparation
- Take and process dental radiographs when certified
- Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness
- Assist with impressions and other general clinical support tasks
- Provide patients with oral hygiene instructions and post-treatment guidance
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Support the dental team to maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day
