What You'll Do
- Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures using four-handed dentistry
- Capture digital radiographs and clinical records
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Sterilize instruments and ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols
- Document patient information and clinical notes accurately
- Support an exceptional patient experience from check-in through treatment completion
- Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and administrative team members to keep the day running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and patient service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Comfort with dental technology and digital workflows
- Experience with restorative, endodontic, periodontal, and oral surgery procedures is a plus
