Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified dental assistant to join our team.  This is a part-time position.  Monday,   Tuesday, Thursday   24 hours per week.  We also work 1 Saturday per month starting up again in September. There is opportunity for more hours. The ideal candidate must have a NJ dental x-ray certification or be in process of getting one. 
Responsibilities 

• Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
• Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
• Take vital signs and accurately record medical history
• Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures
• Assist the dentist during procedures and exams
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
• Keep treatment rooms clean and organized. 
• Assist in keeping office clean and organized
