Join Our Sunny Dental Team!  We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our busy, patient-focused practice!


About the Position


This position is best suited for a Dental Assistant with 5+ years of experience who is comfortable working at the top of their allowable scope under Arizona regulations and enjoys working in a fast-paced, modern clinical environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the dentist with general, cosmetic, extraction, and endodontic procedures
  
  
• Provide exceptional chairside assistance during exams and procedures
  
  
• Perform digital intraoral scanning
  
  
• Provide Invisalign clinical support, including placement of attachments/buttons and taking photos under dentist direction
  
  
• Assist with crown design and restorative procedures
  
  
• Support laser dentistry, including Fotona and Waterlase (experience preferred)
  
  
• Take dental X-rays(certification required)
  
  
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
  
  
• Review treatment plans and assist with patient coordination and follow-up
  
  
• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit
  
  
• Answer patient questions and provide education regarding their dental care
  
  
• Accurately document medical histories and patient information
  
  
• Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks
  
  
• Follow all health, safety, sterilization, and office policies
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Dental Assistant experience
  
  
• Dental X-ray certification required
  
  
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
  
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  
• Ability to provide high-quality, compassionate patient care
  
  
• Ability to work efficiently and confidently in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Arizona EFDA certification strongly preferred, but not required for the right candidate
  
  
• Coronal polishing certification strongly preferred, but not required
  
  
• Experience with digital scanning, Invisalign, lasers, and restorative dentistry is a plus
  
  
• Associate’s Degree from a school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) preferred
  
  

Schedule


Monday–Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Saturday: As needed
