We’re growing our Cherry Hill, NJ team and looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic Dental Assistant who thrives on teamwork and enjoys helping patients feel confident and comfortable. Responsibilities:· Partner chairside with dentists during restorations, extractions, cleanings, and a variety of other procedures
· Create a safe, efficient clinical environment by preparing and sterilizing instruments and operatories between visits
· Take and develop high-quality dental X-rays (radiographs) as directed by the dentist
· Welcome patients, review medical histories, and help make every visit as comfortable and reassuring as possible
· Keep treatment information and patient charts accurate and up to date in dental practice management software
· Contribute to lab work, impressions, and the fabrication of temporary restorations
· Help the practice stay ready for every patient by monitoring supplies and supporting inventory ordering
What You’ll Bring:· Dental assisting experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates with formal training are encouraged to apply
· Dental Assistant certification or completion of an accredited dental assisting program is preferred
· Radiography (X-ray) certification—or the willingness to obtain it upon hire
· Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols
· Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
· A compassionate, patient-first approach and strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
