Sparta Networking is hiring Dental Assistants to support a leading dental clinic in Fairfax, VA. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking for competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and consistent work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Assignments are available on a per diem, short-term, and long-term basis depending on clinic needs.

We’re looking for dependable Dental Assistants who can step in, adapt quickly, and support a smooth, positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of Dental Assistant experience
• Active BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare operatories and patients for procedures
• Provide chairside assistance (instrument transfer, suctioning, material prep)
• Take and process dental X-rays (if certified)
• Maintain sterilization and operatory cleanliness
• Assist with impressions and general clinical support
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-care
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA
• Support efficient patient flow
