EXPERIENCED DENTAL ASSISTANT — IMMEDIATE OPENING
Premier Family Dental is looking for an experienced, hardworking dental assistant who wants to be part of a high-performing, high-production team—and be rewarded for excellent results.

We are located just off Country Club Road on the west side of El Paso—only a couple of minutes across the New Mexico state line.
This is not a position for someone who simply wants to get through the day. We are looking for a dental assistant who:
- Works hard and moves with purpose
- Takes pride in providing excellent patient care
- Can anticipate the doctor’s needs
- Keeps treatment organized, efficient, and on schedule
- Is comfortable helping the patient continue progressing while the doctor moves to another patient
- Wants to learn, improve, and become an even stronger dental assistant
- Enjoys working in a productive, positive, team-oriented environment
Dr. Tony Kasallis is the primary doctor at Premier Family Dental. He served in the United States Air Force Dental Corps and has practiced dentistry in the El Paso area for more than 15 years. He is highly experienced, productive, positive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. He works hard, has fun every day, and expects the team around him to deliver outstanding care efficiently.
You will be joining an experienced and productive team with proven systems for creating excellent outcomes for patients. We need someone who is willing to learn those systems, contribute immediately, and grow with the practice.
Experience is strongly preferred. Compensation will be competitive and based on experience, skills, productivity, and the value you bring to the team.
