醴 The Role: Dental Assistant
You’ll work side-by-side with our dentists to deliver top-notch care while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From setting up for procedures to making patients feel at ease, you’re a key part of every great smile we create.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting chairside during dental procedures
• Preparing and sterilizing instruments
• Taking X-rays (if certified)
• Ensuring operatories are clean, stocked, and ready
• Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment
• Helping keep the daily schedule flowing seamlessly

 What We’re Looking For:

• Dental Assistant experience preferred (but willing to train the right person!)
• Positive, friendly attitude
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• A true team player who’s ready to jump in where needed
