Oakhill Dental Associates is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross-trained to help in every department. If you have a positive attitude, love dentistry and enjoy working with fun professionals, we would consider you to join our team!

Schedule:
  • Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
 
Our dedicated team includes:
  • One FT Dentist and one PT Dentist (experienced)
  • One FT Front Desk Coordinator
  • Two FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call)
  • One FT Dental Assistant

Requirements:
  • X-Ray certification in state of Michigan preferred 
  • Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
  • High school graduate or equivalent 
  • Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures 
  • Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
  • CPR certification
  • Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
  • Integrity-focused work ethic
  • Team-player attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
