Smile Solutions of Goodlettsville is looking for a talented, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team. If you bring strong RDA experience, we want to hear from you. Clinical Responsibilities - Provide expert chairside assistance across a full range of procedures: restorative, cosmetic, implant restorations, oral surgery, periodontal treatment, sedation dentistry, clear aligner treatment, wisdom tooth extractions, and emergency dentistry
- Capture digital intraoral scans with precision and efficiency
- Set up operatories, maintain sterilization protocols, and keep the clinical environment running smoothly
- Deliver compassionate patient support before, during, and after every procedure
- Provide post-treatment instructions and patient education on oral hygiene and home care
- Maintain accurate, updated treatment plans, charts, and patient records in Eaglesoft in full compliance with HIPAA
Patient Engagement & Treatment Coordination - Present treatment plans and financial options to patients with confidence, clarity, and care
- Help patients understand their care pathway and feel informed and at ease about their treatment
Social Media & Content Creation - Capture photos and short-form video content to help Smile Solutions shine on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and beyond
- Bring creativity and enthusiasm to help tell our story online and grow our community presence
What Makes You a Great Fit - Active Tennessee RDA license required
- Significant hands-on dental assisting experience required
- Current CPR certification required
- Experience with digital intraoral scanning
- Eaglesoft experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable and confident presenting treatment plans and financial options to patients
- Calm, compassionate chairside manner that puts patients of all ages at ease
- Upbeat, team-oriented personality
- Creative and enthusiastic about social media content creation
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
