Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our elite team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. This role involves assisting in surgical and restorative procedures, supporting biologic treatment protocols, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients from start to finish.


Responsibilities:


  • Chairside assisting for advanced periodontal, surgical, restorative, and cosmetic procedures, including zirconia implant placement, LANAP®, and biologic protocols.
  • Maintain impeccable operatory and instrument sterilization standards.
  • Prepare treatment rooms with precision for scheduled procedures.
  • Support digital workflow, including imaging (CBCT, digital scans, intraoral photography).
  • Provide outstanding patient communication and comfort before, during, and after procedures.
  • Manage inventory of biologic and surgical materials.
  • Collaborate closely with specialists, hygienists, and administrative team members.
