Location: Hannibal, MO

Department: Clarity Health - Dental Services

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday

What You'll Do

Chairside Support

  • Assist dentists and hygienists during a variety of clinical procedures
  • Ensure smooth, efficient patient flow and high-quality care delivery

Clinical Preparation & Sterilization

  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures
  • Maintain strict infection control standards by sterilizing equipment and sanitizing workspaces

Patient Care & Experience

  • Provide compassionate, patient-focused support to ensure comfort and understanding
  • Educate and motivate patients as needed to support overall care

Documentation & Records

  • Accurately maintain patient charts, records, and treatment notes
  • Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and compliant

Inventory & Supplies

  • Monitor, order, and maintain supplies and equipment
  • Track inventory and ensure availability of necessary materials

Compliance & Team Support

  • Follow guidelines set by the American Dental Association (ADA), Missouri Dental Board, and organizational policies
  • Support the team with additional duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred (not required)
  • Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Experience

  • Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but we're open to training the right candidate

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized
