Overview
Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced, multi-doctor practice in Holiday, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned assistant who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality patient care.
Schedule (days/hours) Monday-Friday 8am-5pm x1 Sat per month
Responsibilities • Experience with four handed dentistry and fabrication of temporary crown and bridge. • Anticipate provider needs in a high-volume, multi-doctor setting. • Take and process digital X-rays in compliance with Florida regulations. • Ensure treatment rooms are fully prepped, stocked, and turned over efficiently. • Educate patients on procedures and post-op instructions. • Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards. • Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office staff.
Qualifications • Florida EFDA required • Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain upon start date) • 2 yrs chairside experience required • Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
Compensation $17-$21/hour
