Our practice utilizes a double-column hygiene model, allowing Dental Assistants to work side-by-side with our Dental Hygienists to deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining an efficient, team-based clinical workflow.

Ideal candidates may have:

• 1–2+ years of dental assisting experience (preferred, but not required)
• Current X-ray certification (or actively pursuing certification)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail
• A passion for preventive dentistry and exceptional patient care

Primary Responsibilities

As a Hygiene Dental Assistant, you may assist with:

• Preparing operatories for hygiene appointments
• Seating and preparing patients
• Taking digital radiographs and intraoral images
• Assisting with periodontal charting and clinical documentation
• Sterilization and instrument management
• Patient education and home-care reinforcement
• Turning over treatment rooms efficiently between patients
• Supporting multiple hygienists within a double-column schedule
• Maintaining OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
