Operating Hours: Mon-Th 7:45am – 5pm.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of dental assisting experience (preferred)
- Indiana Radiographers License must be active
- Current BLS and CPR certification (preferred, but not required)
- Excellent understanding of restorative procedures
- Knowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of tooth numbers and proficient in capturing a full mouth series of Xrays
As a Dental Assistant you will:
- Gather patient information and health background
- Prepare the work area for procedures
- Take x-rays of patients’ teeth when necessary and display results for the dentist
- Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
- Prepare materials for surgical procedures
- Educate patients on post-operative instructions
- Restock treatment areas and monitor inventory
- Sterilization, adhere to offices standards and universal precautions
