Dental Assistant

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environment
• Dental assisting school certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment

Qualifications

To be considered for a position at Heartland Dental, you must have:

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environment
• Dental assisting school certification (if required under the state dental practice act)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment

Preferred Experience

Dentrix or other dental software experience and dental assisting school certification are preferred.
