Each Heartland Dental supported office is unique to the community and the patients they serve. Supported doctors are the leaders of their practice and retain clinical autonomy. Qualifications

To be eligible for a career at Heartland Dental, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environment
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification (if required under the state dental practice act)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment

Preferred Experience

We also prefer candidates with the following experience:

• Dentrix or other dental software experience
• Dental assisting school certification
