Dental Assistant – West Los Angeles, CA

$20–$28/hour + Benefits | Full-Time

Our dental practice in the West Los Angeles area is looking for a dedicated and reliable Dental Assistant to join our team! We’re a busy practice providing comprehensive dental care, including general dentistry, endodontics, implants, and oral surgery.

We’re looking for someone with approximately 1–2 years of dental assisting experience who is comfortable working alongside the dentist and assisting with a variety of procedures. If you’re dependable, patient-focused, and enjoy being part of a collaborative dental team, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll work closely with the dentist and dental team to provide excellent patient care and help keep the practice running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and prepare patients for their appointments
• Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit
• Assist the dentist during procedures using four-handed dentistry
• Prepare and organize instruments, equipment, and materials for treatment
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
• Sterilize and maintain instruments according to proper protocols
• Assist with a variety of procedures, including general dentistry, endodontics, implants, and oral surgery
• Provide chairside support to the dentist and help ensure an efficient patient experience

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 1–2 years of Dental Assistant experience
• Comfortable assisting with a variety of dental procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
• Professional and compassionate with patients
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy dental environment
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
