Position Overview:
We are looking for a Dental Assistant who is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, modern environment and is excited to be part of a team focused on both clinical excellence and an outstanding patient experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the doctor during a variety of procedures, including cosmetic and laser treatments.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms.
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
- Ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
- Support the front office when needed to ensure smooth patient flow.
What We’re Looking For:
- Dental assisting experience preferred (cosmetic experience is a plus).
- X-ray certification (required per Virginia regulations).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
