Our Chairside Assistants play a vital role in every appointment by supporting clinical procedures, preparing operatories, educating patients, communicating treatment needs, and helping appointments run efficiently and smoothly. They are expected to think ahead, stay organized, and work alongside their doctor as a true clinical team.

Assist doctors during a wide variety of clinical procedures.
Prepare operatories and ensure appointments are ready for efficient patient care.
Anticipate doctor and patient needs throughout treatment.
Take high-quality radiographs and clinical photographs.
Educate patients regarding treatment and post-operative care.
Communicate effectively with doctors, Versas, coordinators, and the front office to maintain schedule flow.
Complete accurate chart documentation, treatment planning support, and lab case follow-up.
Support same-day dentistry opportunities when appropriate.
Deliver an exceptional patient experience through professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
Continuously pursue clinical excellence through education, feedback, and training.
Holds a current NJ X-ray License (required)
CDA/RDA preferred, but not required
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Enjoys working closely with doctors in a fast-paced clinical environment
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented under pressure
Passionate about patient care and creating exceptional experiences
