Our client is a highly respected, independent private dental practice located in the heart of Menomonee Falls, WI. This practice is known for its warm, patient-first philosophy, modern digital workflow, and a tight-knit team culture that genuinely feels like family.

Unlike large, fast-paced corporate dental groups, our client focuses on quality care, comprehensive patient relationships, and maintaining a low-stress, collaborative environment. They are looking to add a skilled and personable Dental Assistant to their clinical team.

Position Overview

As a Dental Assistant, you will be the clinical backbone of the practice, working side-by-side with the Dentist to deliver exceptional restorative and cosmetic care. You will play a pivotal role in making patients feel safe, comfortable, and well-informed from the moment they walk into the operatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chairside Assisting: Assist the dentist in four-handed dentistry during a variety of procedures (fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and cosmetic treatments).
  • Patient Care: Greet patients, review health histories, prepare them for treatment, and provide clear post-operative instructions.
  • Radiography & Imaging: Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
  • Sterilization & Lab Work: Clean, sterilize, and set up instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines. Pour and trim diagnostic models, and manage lab cases.
  • Clinical Workflow: Utilize the practice’s dental software to accurately update patient charts, treatment plans, and clinical notes.

Qualifications Include

  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on dental assisting experience is preferred, but passionate recent graduates of an accredited dental assisting program are encouraged to apply!
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with modern dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental) and digital sensors.
  • Soft Skills: A warm, empathetic demeanor with excellent communication skills. You should be a reliable team player who takes initiative.
