    Dental Assistant - Multi-Specialty
    (Full-time/Part-Time)
    Elmhurst, IL
     

    Elmhurst Dental Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time or Part-Time  Multi-Specialty Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! Elmhurst Dental Care is a large general and specialty dental practice. We are looking to add an experienced Dental Assistant to support our Specialists at Elmhurst Dental Care. Preferably someone who is comfortable with a fast-paced work environment who has experience with Oral Surgery, Periodontics, Orthodontics, and Endodontics. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists, specialists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties.     Schedule:
    • Monday 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
    • Tuesday 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
    • Thursday 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
    • Friday 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
    • e/o Saturday 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
     
    Compensation:
    • $22-$25 per hour (Commensurate with Experience)

    Requirements:
    • X-Ray certification in state of Illinois preferred 
    • Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
    • High school graduate or equivalent 
    • Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures 
    • Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
    • CPR certification
    • Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling 
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
    • Integrity-focused work ethic
    • Team-player attitude
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback

    Benefits:
    • Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as access to a variety of voluntary benefits.
