Job Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and sterilization Provide excellent patient care by ensuring comfort and understanding throughout their treatment Take and develop dental x-rays Provide patient education on post-treatment care Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records Stay up-to-date with the latest dental technologies and treatments Qualifications Minimum of 1 year chairside experience (preferred, but not required—will train the right candidate) Strong passion for customer service and helping others Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to learn quickly and work independently Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to make patients feel at ease and treated like family Must be reliable and a team player Benefits 401K & Profit Sharing Plan Paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for professional development and continuing education A supportive and family-like work environment A chance to make a lasting impact in our patients' lives Competitive hourly pay Salary $18 - $25 per hour depending on experience Join Our Silver Lake Family Dental Team!
