Schedule:
You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!
- Monday 7:30am - 5:00pm
- Tuesday 7:30am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday 7:30am - 5:00pm
- Thursday 7:30am - 5:00pm
- Friday Off
Responsibilities:
As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):
- Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
- Develop a relationship with the patient.
- Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
- Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
- Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
- Lead team performance initiatives, develop strategic goals, and ensure the dental assistant team meets organizational objectives.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
Qualifications:
- TN X ray license, Newer grads welcome to apply!
- High school diploma or GED.
- Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to train, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to dental assistant team members.
- Experience with Dental Software Denticon or similar dental softwares, is preferred.
