Dental Assistant / RDA – Orthodontics

At Precision Orthodontics, we are dedicated to creating beautiful smiles and providing exceptional orthodontic care in a positive and supportive environment. We are looking for an Orthodontic Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused DA or RDA with an interest in Orthodontics. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Schedule

Full-Time

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist with clinical procedures
• Assist with orthodontic appliances, archwires, impressions, and other procedures as permitted
• Prepare patients and treatment areas for procedures
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Maintain accurate patient and treatment records
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic appliance care
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked treatment areas
• Provide excellent care and a positive experience for patients and families

Qualifications

• Current California DA or RDA credentials required
• Orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
• OA certification preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
