We are a PPO practice dedicated to providing quality dental care and delivering the best service possible to our patients. We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented Dental Assistant with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about high-quality patient care and have the skills to work in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on board!


Key Responsibilities:


·      Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
·      Take and develop dental X-rays.
·      Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
·      Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
·      Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction during visits.
·      Perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:


·      Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental assistant.
·      Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license or Dental Assistant (DA) certification.
·      X-ray certification required (California Radiation Safety).
·      Current CPR/BLS certification.
·      Infection control certification (per California state laws).
·      Ability to follow California state regulations and OSHA standards.
·      Knowledge of dental software, such as Eaglesoft.
·      Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and work well in a team.
·      Positive attitude, motivated, and detail oriented.
·      Willingness to work on Saturdays.
