Dental Assistant

Bright Now! Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team in Stafford, VA!

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Dental Assistant with experience supporting both general dentistry and specialty procedures. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Assist doctors during general and specialty dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
• Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure patient comfort and provide exceptional chairside support
• Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care instructions
• Support efficient clinical flow and teamwork throughout the office

• Previous dental assisting experience required
• Experience assisting with both general dentistry and specialty procedures required
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and clinical procedures
• X-ray certification required (per state regulations)
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
